Children and Infants
Children under the age of 2, not occupying a seat and accompanied by an adult, may travel on an infant fare.  A child travelling on an infant fare must be held by the accompanying adult. For safety reasons an adult can hold only one infant.

If you are the only adult traveling with more than one infant you will need to reserve a seat for the additional infant and pay a child's fare (available for children up to and including 11 years of age). The additional infant must occupy a seat and be able to sit upright without assistance.

A Child fare is the equivalent of 75% of the Adult fare. An Infant fare is the equivalent of 10% of the Adult fare.

Please note Infant bookings cannot currently be made on the Air Pacific or Pacific Sun websites. Bookings for other travellers may be completed online and infants can then be added to the reservation by contacting your nearest Air Pacific office. Pacific Sun must be notified if an infant is travelling well before arriving at the airport for check-in.

Children traveling alone (unaccompanied minors)
Children can travel alone on Pacific Sun services if they are aged between 7 to 11 years inclusive.  Children aged under 7 years must have an escort. An escort can be provided by Pacific Sun at the customer's expense or may be a person known to the child who is 16 years of age or older.

Contact your nearest Pacific Sun or Air Pacific Sales or Reservations Office to find out about conditions or requirements that need to be met to use these services.
