Pilots
As an airline, Pacific Sun offers a career for pilots. With the appropriate level of base training acceptable psyche profiles and adequate commercial flying hours, you may be able to join as a First Officer and work your way up to becoming a Captain on one of our aircraft.

Flight Attendants
Our ATR flight attendants enjoy the experience of traveling domestically and regionally through the Pacific. If you have a pleasant personality and are customer service orientated then you may find a job as a Flight Attendant is for you. Some crew generally use this as a stepping stone to further their careers.

Airports
Being an airline, Pacific Sun needs to recruit and train people capable of dealing with customers at the airport. If you are able to learn how to handle departure and control systems, handle customers complaints under pressure, and enjoy working under pressure, then a career at the Airports is for you.

Engineering
For the technically oriented, Pacific Sun offers careers in our Engineering division ranging from being a Utility Hand to a Licensed Engineer and repairing complex aircraft components. Many Engineers received their tertiary qualifications from the Fiji Institute of Technology in Suva, Fiji. Engineers are required to be certified for each Aircraft that they may need to maintain.

Finance
There are opportunities in the Finance from being a Clerk or to the rank of an Accountant. Analytical skills are critical.
